Aryna Sabalenka
Sabalenka was from Minsk (the capital city of Belarus) She is the child of Sergey. Sergey was a hockey player. Aryna Sabalenka, a Belarusian born May 5th 1998. Aryna Sabalenka has 12 WTA Singles titles, one that was awarded the title "Grand Slam" during the Australian Open 2023. The doubles play she plays is superb and she has also won Majors during both the US Open (2019) and Australian Open (2021), each of them together with Elise Mertens. Alongside the Belgian tennis superstar She won the WTA 1000s in Indian Wells in 2019 and Miami. This feat was only achieved by four couples competing in the women's doubles. Only four couples who were able to achieve this feat during women's doubles. As a doubles player, she was able to propel herself up to first place at the beginning of February that year following her victory in Melbourne becoming thus the second tennis player born in Belarus to make it in this specialty. Her coach was former Russian tennis player Dmitry Tursunov from 2018 until the end of the season in 2019 and partly at the beginning of 2020. Dieter Kindlmann was the coach for her from the month of August through September 2020. She is being trained by her countryman Antonio Dubrov since the end of 2020. Serena Williams & Maria Sharapova have been her inspirations.
